Question 1.I think NASA should send a student into space because they have to do this some time sooner or later. Now for an actual reason, students are the future of both NASA's world, and the rest of the world. If NASA was going to recruit someone later on, isn't there a HUGE difference between reading about space and actually being IN space to see for themselves? I think the student who would go up should be promised to work at NASA so the mission is not just a thrill ride or a waste of money. But, in order for this to happen, the technology used in the take off and landing must reduce many more G's or the smaller body of the child could not withstand it. So, if NASA was deciding to put someone in space, i believe if they tested the new technology and it was proved safe, I say go for it.
Question 3.I would DEFINITELY apply for the chance to go up in space as soon as I can. The reasons for this are because it has always been my life long dream is and has always been, to go up in space. Also, HOW COOL WOULD IT BE TO EXPERIENCE THE NO GRAVITY!!!!!!!!! That would be the coolest thing ever. Plus, I wouldn't be unhappy to have my name in the record books for the first student ever to arrive in space. I don't know anyone well that wouldn't want to go up in space. But, even I wouldn't go up in space if it wasn't somewhat safe. That is my answer to if I wanted to go up in space.
